RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below for important information.


1. Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged, as each product is made to order.


2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at coldpred@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at coldpred@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)

5. Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you wish to receive.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. To be eligible for this return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
